Sales Policies and terms of purchase contract.
Customer responsibility
Ordering from MJK Multiwall Systems, LLC -verbally, via e-mail, return of an approved quotation et.al. is a legal purchase agreement, subject to the disclaimers, terms, policies, and manufacturer product tolerances. Freight can be arranged for customer notification prior to delivery for pre-pay & add deliveries.
Customer is responsible verifying, gauge, color, dimensions and quantities prior to Order placement and for for inspecting goods upon receipt. Claims shall be made to the carrier for damage by the customer as all orders are FOB Shipping Point.
Payment: Visa, Master Card, Discover, Money Order, Cashiers Check In advance of Order Placement with manufacturer: Other by Purchasing Agreement.
Shipment: Transit times are estimates and subject to change due to circumstances beyond local control. All Orders are Freight on board (FOB) Shipping Point. Customer may arrange pick up or we can arrange to pre-pay & add for freight. Additional charges for long length sheet (longer than 14 ft.) may be applied to the invoice post order entry. In any regard, the customer is responsible for the materials. Additional Freight charges may apply as shippers frequently charge additional fees for Residential and construction site deliveries, appointment requests and weight differentials.
Customer Pick Up: Customers ordering for "pick-up" at warehouse facilities and must call 24 Hours in advance. Polycarbonate orders once cut to any length cannot be cancelled.
Cancellations & Returns:
Cancellations for sheet, systems and accessories prior to processing & shipping are subject to a 3% handling fee.
Customer should verify all items on quotes by return fax or e-mail.
Returns
Returns are generally not accepted - Sales Are Final in 24 Hours
Returns shall not be accepted for special order material or for material that has been cut to non-standard widths or lengths.
Custom Polycarbonate sheet, systems & accessories are cut to custom lengths/widths from long length stock sheets/systems. Once Cut - no cancellations. - No funds are returned
If a Return is agreed to: Return freight Charges and Carrier of choice for authorized returns are customer (purchaser) responsibility.
Restocking charge for Stock Length Items - (8, 12 & 16 Ft Long) (4Ft & 6 Ft wide) agreed to be returned, are subject to a 35 % Re-Stocking fee plus freight. materials must returned in packaging protecting materials and in the same condition as shipped originally.
Quotations
* Are Valid for 30 Days as promotional pricing may be offered from time to time.
* Freight quotes are valid for 10 Days and are considered to be an estimate only.
